Whenever I start getting sore, tired, and lethargic I lighten up on spinach for a day or two and usually feel a lot better but I think I might have a thyroid problem.

Do not use protein for energy. Simple. Eat fat or carbohydrate for energy. Egg whites and chicken breast was a bolus of protein, with little energy. You simply were undereating.

Correlation does not equal causation; two things happening at the same time doesn't mean one caused the other. It might not have anything to do with your diet at all.

If there is enough demand for coconut oil, they will slash and burn vast acreage to grow it, too. Palm oil is just used in more things, so it needs more land. There is no truly sustainable anything when we demand more and more.

Because some eat mostly meat, and avocado, sweet potatoes and coconut for vegetables. Concur that it is easy to get in multiples of the RDA.
