I have been "Paleo" for four years now and love it. But now that I am breastfeeding, I am STARVING and losing too much weight. Any ideas on how to stay fuller and stick to Paleo??

you are breastfeeding.  calories, not paleo, should be paramount.  more carbs -- potatoes and rice, more fat -- olive oil, nutbutter.   might as well try... (more)

I tend to be a little shy about using olive oil due omega 6 being about 9% so I worry I'll mess my 6n:3n ratio if I go over board. I tend use coconut oil more freely.

Olive oil is the only oil I use. 10% PUFA, 10:1 omega-6:omega-3… perfect? I think so!  Usually 3-4 tbsp a day.

I am seriously broke but have major health issues that need to be addressed. I've been recommended to start living paleo.  I want to see if I can get a rank order of what should you absolutely do from 1st all the way down.

Eat fat and carbs. Fried plantains or sweet potatoes. Poach fruit in cream. Broil cheese over vegetables. Being in ketosis will work against weight gain.
