The fish is caught in Alaska, shipped to China to be processed because cheap labour, then shipped back to Canada to sell.  Hence why on some labels you literally see product of Usa, Canada and China. If the package says wild or wild caught... (more)

I live in Canada and of the Walmart products I've only tasted the Thai Kitchen coconut milk which I thought was the best until I heared arroy-d is better. Any opinions?

Walmart used to carry it, but stopped over a year ago, as far as I know. Thai Kitchen is good. Whole Foods' 365 brand is also good and BPA free.

Maybe try some creatine instead as it will supply extra ATP for energy.  It's probably not a great idea to do carbs during a workout depending on your goals.  You'd be able to continue the workout further with the carbs than without, but... (more)

You can buy unflavored "Electrolyte Water" at Whole Foods for about $0.99 per liter.  I used it during colonoscopy prep.  It has no flavor, but it's got balanced potassium and sodium.

I just up with cystal springs.... and noticed there plastic containers have number 7 on it which means they probably are NOT bpa free.... This is very dissapointing, should i cancel this already due to this fact? are those 5 gal safe at all?

There is plenty O6 in eggs and coconut oil. Not sure what coconut cream is, but if it is coconut oil, 136 grams will contain over 4 grams of O6, which is more than enough.

Yes, Vitamin A and zinc both help, just make sure the Vitamin A is from an animal source (retinol) not plant source (beta-carotene). Eating liver a couple days a week works well for me, but sometimes I get lazy and just use supplements. Also,... (more)
