Yes, Vitamin A and zinc both help, just make sure the Vitamin A is from an animal source (retinol) not plant source (beta-carotene). Eating liver a couple days a week works well for me, but sometimes I get lazy and just use supplements. Also,... (more)

Drinking too much alcohol is actually considered eating poorly. But eat right and give it some time. If you do drink, do it in moderation.

There are several variables to cinsider regarding the times you can have some effect and the duration of the same. Some like constipation can be felt the next day, some others like acne have a more chronical effect that can be felt from 3-4 days... (more)

The paleo endurance bar is smoked meat. Pemmican is a refinement of that. There are already plenty of highly processed endurance bars out there already. Figure out how to compress sardines into a non-messy tasty bar. That would be novel. (more)
