Cauliflower freezes pretty well.  just make sure it's dry

Because some eat mostly meat, and avocado, sweet potatoes and coconut for vegetables. Concur that it is easy to get in multiples of the RDA.

Do not use protein for energy. Simple. Eat fat or carbohydrate for energy. Egg whites and chicken breast was a bolus of protein, with little energy. You simply were undereating.

Have you considered trying just the yolk? I find it very digestible, and the white very heavy.

High white blood cell count with low nitrites typically means that it is not a UTI, but rather a bladder infection.  You need to be seen by a doctor and be put on antibiotics.

The ketones are acid forming. A low pH I think facilitates infections. Maybe the acid load from having producting too many ketones overwhelm the kidney's ability to keep pH in a good range.
