I was reading some older answers on PH with links pointing to other PH posts and those links didn't work.. obv any absolute paths using the older path convention are now kaput.. couldn't that be fixed with a script or so?

I second going to see a GI. You need a camera sent through both ends to see what's going on. Food wise, try avoiding insoluble fiber rich vegetables, and eat more already-fermented vegetables for gut healing: sauerkraut and pickled vegetables. (more)
