Check out Uvex's absorption spectrum documentation. They claim that their orange lenses block very close to 100% of blue light. These are intended as welding safety glasses, so I'd expect that these are based on real data and are pretty accurate.... (more)

Powdered collagen has all the good stuff you mentioned.  All the hydrolyzation does is prevent the gelatin from clumping in water.  The powdered stuff is quite expensive, though, compared to homemade bone broth.
