The easiest way to do it is to blend foods. All foods are nutrient blends, and by increasing their fat or protein content you drop their GI. Want to drop the GI of a sweet potato? Dump a can of tuna on top.

Ketosis is not a magical *bodyfat* burner. Mostly you are burning the fat in your diet. Calorie restriction is #1.    That at being said, in my ketosis experiment I got up to 300g of protein without dropping out if ketosis.  (more)

I'd go for the grass-fed grass-finished. ALL beef is grass-fed to start...... And then moved on to grains to fatten them up quickly! Cows were NEVER meant to eat grains, thus are fed antibiotics for when they get sick. And you are what you eat. (more)
