Maybe try a GAPS protocol, www.gaps.me. This is based on a paleo type diet but with probiotics and bone broths added in. Like the other comments, I would suggest that healing the gut takes time and don't over do the probiotics at first. Good luck. (more)

The GAPS diet is a healing protocol, no? It seems like your best bet would be to lay off the gym for a bit and let your body do just that: heal. You don't have to become a comatose vegetable, but doing anything intense is probably not the best... (more)

I'd go for the porch - propane is heavier than air, so it should sink to ground level and dissipate harmlessly. But, I'd also call the propane guy or gal and have the tanks checked.
