We can't always get to the farmer's market to buy raw milk and since we don't have problems with dairy I'd like to know what's lesser of two evils Jersey cow milk or Organic whole milk from supermarkets? Also if anyone has mail order or online... (more)

I buy raw A2 milk, sour cream and cream from Dutch Belted cows in NYC that comes from Amish farmers in PA (several drop offs per week depending on where you pick up). I don't know how to send an email on paleohacks, but if you have a way for me... (more)

I've personally cut out A1-beta casein, since I've found it makes me mentally sluggish and gives me a brain fogginess. (I too used to live on cheese). I only eat goat/sheep casein now. A2 casein can still cause digestive problems if you're... (more)
