Sounds like a gastrointestinal issue. Maybe gastritis or stomach irritation? You be surprised that is can cause all of those symptoms, including the back pain.

Even if it has been 5 days since your last "cheat", you could still be experiencing problems because of that. Otherwise, the FODMAP theory is definitely a good place to look at. Did you eat any vegetables or fruits that you don't usually eat?... (more)
