It seems I get a bet of nausea and acid reflux right after a drink cream on an empty stomach. I use ecological cream and I take lactrase enzymes with it so that the lactose won't be a problem. Why do I get this symptoms?

If I'd guess, I would suspect it has something to do with the very high fat content of cream. It is possible that it will get better after a while when the body has get used to high-fat meals, but maybe not for all.

Acid reflux is typically too little stomach acid, not too much. When you ate the highly acidic "Cheerios", it balanced the acidity temporarily.
