That's a bit low. Aim for a blood level of 125-150 nmol/L. (50-60 ng/ml) CLO is not an ideal source of D, since the ratio of A to D can be 10 to 1 or more. Take a separate oil-based D supplement, if you can't get enough sun.

Red Palm oil is high in Vitamin E. Papaya provides 11 % of daily Vitamin E. Paprika is another source. Pickles green olives is a source of Vitamin E which can be used with salads

Omegas help skin too, eat more fish (yes - it can be affordable) and/or take supplements. I certainly notice my skin stays clear when my omega intake is maintained.
