Acne and eggs

Hi Everyone!

I'm wondering if eating eggs can cause acne? I eat organic free range eggs from a local farm. I don't know how to fix my acne and this is basically the only food I have not tried eliminating. I just can't believe that these healthy eggs could be hurting me. if I do eliminate eggs how long before I should see results?

if iodine worsens 'acne' it could actually be more like bromism, ie, iodine causing the excretion of stored bromide (more info: bromidedetoxsymptomsandstrategies)

i actually use eggs FOR my pimples!! i rub egg whites on them and let it sit for 15 minutes. it makes my skin amazing!

if you try eliminating them, i'd say maybe 30 days and then add em back in if your skin hasn't improved.
