I've dealt with the same thing a number of times. It's nothing to worry about and will resolve by itself. As tempting as it may be, try to refrain from poking/prodding/touching it. I've found that doing this only causes one to worry more about... (more)

no as long as you are below 75% (give or take depending on level of fitness) of your max heart rate you'll be using fat primarily as fuel.
