Hi,I'm starting AIP tomorrow and whilst I've read a tonne of info re what I can and can't eat, I haven't seen any mention of zucchini anywhere.Could anyone please tell me if zucchini is AIP friendly?Thanks.

Yes they are but some glycoproteins in it bind some glyconutrients so I'd rather cook them and I guess some are gmos.

There are numerous websites on high inflammation foods. Yes, you need to find out what your triggers are but there are some that you would never know. It's best to stay away from the obvious ones that are listed on those sites.

Is there anyone here eating according to the Paleo Auto-Immune Protocol (AIP) who has found a decent-tasting cereal? The AIP doesn't include seeds or nuts. And no rice.

I only use coconut oil because I have an inflammatory reaction to the other forms including coconut milk yogurt.
