Apparently 10 Tbsp of red wine vinegar, for instance, has over 28 calories but just 0.4g carbs, 0.1g protein, and no fat. The numbers for distilled vinegar are even more weird. I'm pretty sure its not very alcoholic but is that where those... (more)
