I am a french 37 years old woman who want to change her way of life because since a year i suffer of my feet and i have a lot of acne in my back ... I quit smoking the 12th of december 2013 and now i move on another topic ! Any help ?

Yes, but of course it has some bad effects such as putting an extra load of detox work on your liver. It has the same issues as consuming high doses of fructose - so it tends to cause fatty liver. You'd want to avoid all grain based alcohols... (more)
