Just curious if anyone knows why - every time I eat probiotic foods I get a yeast infection. I take a probiotic capsule daily and that's fine but no go on probiotic foods.

Use probiotic foods such as yogurt, cheese, sauerkraut, buttermilk and soy milk in your diet.

I've heard this too but the way I got rid of my seasonal allergies was to go grain and sugar free for a couple of months. After that I added back white rice, potatoes, and fruits in small amounts.

I'm not an expert on this by any stretch, but to me, it sounds like it might be, or related to, SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overload.) Might be a good idea to read up on it to see if your symptoms match and see if its treatment helps. (more)

I only sneeze if something obvious like a bunch of dust flies in my face. I don't sneeze every day. Allergies are a leaky gut issues. Heal your gut and your allergies will slowly get better if not disappear.
