You don't need to eat the things you are allergic to. I don't eat bananas, almonds, wheat. I do eggs though. Mainly eat meat, fish, veggies, and starches.

I'm not an expert on this by any stretch, but to me, it sounds like it might be, or related to, SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overload.) Might be a good idea to read up on it to see if your symptoms match and see if its treatment helps. (more)
