Can you try goats milk instead? UHT milk has already been treated with a high temp. You can find "ultra-pasteurized" Organic Valley cream in some stores.

When I get an itchy roof of the mouth I always think its seasonal allergy related, I had it a bit this year but it would come and go and I didn't have many other symptoms, so it could be food related as well.

80% improvement. I'd be highly suspicious of anyone who claims 100% success when it comes to (non-food) allergies. (Not just as a result of Paleo -- but anything, including medication.)

Wines and champagne have a lot of histamine and usually sulfites. Do a fun experiment and see if vodka (or any other pure distilled liquor) has the same effect.

Easy, wheat is far worse. The gluten is damaging, and that can't be the whole story. I still have tamales once a week and I do fine. Don't tell anyone. Wheat is horrible, don't get near it. The best answer is throw them both away! (more)

I don't tolerate any dairy, even ghee, but I do well with beef. I think if you're allergic to beef, you need to avoid tallow until you can tolerate beef again. My sister is allergic to pork and can tell if she has eaten lard within 2 bites, so... (more)
