Can you tolerate any liver? Chicken liver? Might be good to try that and any other offal since you aren't tolerating any veggies. The offal can provide some of the vitamins you would get from fruits and veggies.

I think it's more likely that it's something in the recipes (when you cook with the flour) rather than then flour itself (assuming it's 100% pure nut flour). What else do you put it the recipe besides honey and coconut oil? You didn't mention... (more)

Yep. I've had pretty bad reactions. Citrus, dairy, nuts, pineapple, new antibiotics...you name it. I finally figured out that leaky gut was my problem and that that was why my body was freaking out. I hope you figure out what's triggering it.... (more)

Yes eggs cause gas in stomach, mostly the white part of the egg cause gas in stomach.

I've started to grind my own cashew "flour" as we are trying to avoid almonds too. And I'm finding that chia egg is way better than flax egg for a replacer. I bought a grinder just for chia seeds. Its working really well in baked goods.
