I tried cutting back a while ago to 2 small tbsp. a day but I feel my body does better with more fat- I don't eat many carbs (maybe an acorn squash a day/ 1/2 banana on heavy WO days). How much AB do you normally go through per week? Thanks :) (more)

That's quite a bit of n6 in there. If you're trying to gain weight, I suppose it's fine, but you'd need to raise your fish intake.

Doubtful you'd be able to remove just the PUFAs by removing the liquid fat. Fats are packaged as triglycerides, and aren't all PUFA, MUFA or satruated, they're usually a mixture in each triglyceride (3 fatty acids per glycerol). At room... (more)

Alright, so could eating about 2 tbsp of Almond Butter daily hinder my final goal? I head once that it is used in "bulking" only and that it could severely slow my progress for eventual fat loss. Is this true?

if you have a food processor, you can also make your own with coconut flakes! super cheap, though it takes a while and never seems to reach quite the same smooth consistency as the store-bought coconut butter.
