I tried cutting back a while ago to 2 small tbsp. a day but I feel my body does better with more fat- I don't eat many carbs (maybe an acorn squash a day/ 1/2 banana on heavy WO days). How much AB do you normally go through per week? Thanks :) (more)

Alright, so could eating about 2 tbsp of Almond Butter daily hinder my final goal? I head once that it is used in "bulking" only and that it could severely slow my progress for eventual fat loss. Is this true?

if you have a food processor, you can also make your own with coconut flakes! super cheap, though it takes a while and never seems to reach quite the same smooth consistency as the store-bought coconut butter.
