when i was on SCD, i used coconut flour mixed with almond flour. i usually didn't bake solely with coconut flour because i can't eat eggs. for some reason, you need more eggs when you bake with coconut flour.

You boil the almond meal with the milk with some flax seed, it gives you that oatmeal consistency, and a good alternative to oatmeal.

I make an oatmeal-like cereal with a 50:50 mix of flax seed and hemp hearts. The hemp hearts give it a nice texture. Adding coconut or nuts helps, too.

First off, if there was a part of the egg I would leave out of the omelette, it would be the white, not the yolk. I love frying some bacon, then cooking broccoli in the bacon fat, then the eggs, and finally add the bacon back in.
