does almond milk count as a fat? and if so how much do I have to drink to get my fat intake for the say?

Thanks for the answers, I'm trying to get more fats in but I was warned about Almonds ( given that my goal is weight loss) so I'm trying to figure out what fats I can use

You boil the almond meal with the milk with some flax seed, it gives you that oatmeal consistency, and a good alternative to oatmeal.

I make an oatmeal-like cereal with a 50:50 mix of flax seed and hemp hearts. The hemp hearts give it a nice texture. Adding coconut or nuts helps, too.

Whichever you like, really. I drink one glass of coconut milk with my morning breakfast- I like silk's the best. Just drink it in moderation; one cup has 80 calories!

get off the almond milk and any other polyunsaturated vegetable oil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! saturated fat good. poly bad. oh, and if you follow that, carbs are good too.
