yep, they are both boron.i would go with the pure encapsulations brand. glycinate is one of the better chelates (from what i have read).with the nature's way supp, you do not know what the chelate is, they probably go with the cheapest product... (more)

I eat the same amount of protein on LC as I did on HC, so for me the protein is not causing my alertness, it is what I am NOT eating - grains & junkcarbs that left me in a stupor

Well, gelatin IS various amino acids. Glycine and Proline are the most prominent. Almost all are present in natural gelatin. Tryptophan is not (however, it may be in marrow or meat hanging off the bones).... (more)
