3-4 apples or 200 oz. of broccoli. If it's green then it'll be a ton! If it's a fruit then it will be much less. 3-4 cups of berries, 4-5 pears, etc. just mix and match until you have what will keep you full.

To continue leaning out and to also up your carbs you'll probably want to drop your total fat intake. Simply, replace some of your fat calories with carb calories and give that a shot. Works for me.

The breath might be from ketosis. The bloating could be from any number of things. Eggs, nuts, or high-FODMAP veg.

I don't do it all the time but at least 3-5 meals a week. It's easy to just throw together in 10 mins or so. While the meat is cooking you can prepare your veggies.
