Has anyone tried using avocado as a substitute for nut butters in baking with any success? We have salicylate allergies which includes all nuts and sunflower seeds . I am also after a good subby for almond flour also please .

I'm not sure if you just WANT to stay with fruit and veg for carbs (seems as if you're new and many think there are no "heavy carbs" with Paleo), but sweet potatoes are an awesome and healthy source to get some carbs as well

If you want to keep using grape-seed oil, make sure you're getting cold-pressed, not the chemically extracted version. Otherwise, it is highly processed and ultimately not very nutritious.

"High cholesterol" is a disease that only exists in a doctor's office. It's the only disease that requires you to have a doctor. Statins cause diabetes and psychological+hormonal issues.
