Um, there's no such thing as eating unlimited fat. You need lipase from bile to digest fats, at some point you run out and whatever's, um, in the pipeline, will make its way very quickly out the other end - most of the time explosively...... (more)

Where in CA are you located? Depending on your proximity to me I could give you some ideas on where to go. Also you could always find some suet and render your own if you have a crock pot

I think that I read that saturated fats raise cortisol. I have also observed on myself that my body is much more stressed when eating ghee and other animal fats even if I keep carbs in moderate level (150-200g per day). But I have no problem... (more)

Case a) person eats liver weekly, sardines biweekly, and gets all fats from olive oils and avocado. What would animal fats contribute to such a diet? Case b) same as case a), but remove the weekly liver, keep the sardines and vegetable fats .... (more)
