Also, I'm not positive how this works... but I think you can keep yourself out of ketosis with enough protein. I know that spiking protein level can disrupt ketosis, I'm just not sure how that would ride out long term.

I suspect schizophrenia and anorexia nervosa have some kind of link. Years ago I worked with a man who had schizophrenia. His sister had anorexia nervosa and was probably going to die. It was strange how similar their symptoms actually were.

IF can be a useful tool for some people, but being dogmatic about it doesn't make it a miracle. As far as athletic goals, it sucks when doing a lot of intense endurance training, but OK to combine with moderate training as low intensity aerobics... (more)
