i have read that a histamine response is a result of dehydration in the body and the histamine production is a result of a lack of salt....so if i am getting an inflammatory response from the histamine response, should i be supplementing with salt... (more)

Histamine is involved in the regulation of body fluids. It is released in dehydrated states. Maybe that's got something to do with it
