We already know that antibiotics can surely cause these symptoms, nothing new. It's when you've killed all good and bad bacteria and you are eating crap like wheat or alot of sugar/carbs in general so that the bad bacteria will likely grow... (more)

When I put them in my eyes, shortly afterwards I feel them travelling through my sinuses and can taste them in the back of my mouth and throat. thanks for the comments

I think so, but take them as far away from the antibiotic as possible, as there could be antagonism between to the two, reducing efficacy. Also, ask your doctor.
