Why is it that I have no appetite from 8am-5pm but oh my, from 5pm-bedtime I'm a bottomless pit.

I have recently experienced how low magnesium can trigger binge attacks. Stress can cause magnesium loss. Epson salt soaks might be a good way to go about it if you can't get the stress reduced.

Hmm, I doubt that eating something with FODMAPS yesterday would make you hungrier today. Is it possible you ate less yesterday because you were bloated and full-feeling, so today your body is just trying to compensate for the shortage?

Living in Florida, I tend to eat less in summer time. Eating temporarily raises your metabolism and increases body heat, so of course you'd naturally want to eat cooler foods or less of them altogether when it's hot outside.
