I have recently experienced how low magnesium can trigger binge attacks. Stress can cause magnesium loss. Epson salt soaks might be a good way to go about it if you can't get the stress reduced.

Hmm, I doubt that eating something with FODMAPS yesterday would make you hungrier today. Is it possible you ate less yesterday because you were bloated and full-feeling, so today your body is just trying to compensate for the shortage?
