I usually write down in a small booklet my progression in squats, deadlifts, etc, but it is annoying to carry it around in the gym. Anyone know of easy to use apps to track these things?

After going the paper/Excel route, I now tracking my macronutrients w/an Android app (FatSecret). It has many plusses, but now that I've switched my food strategy to LeanGains (a mashup of intermittent fasting and cyclical keto), I need an app... (more)

Does anyone use a Low Carb or Paleo Apps? If so can you name it and why you like it?

Personally, I'm a fan of the Locavore app. It shows you farmers markets near you, and it also shows you what is in season in your area, or whatever geographical area you want to look up.
