Aroy uses a high heat pasteurization process on the tetra pak coconut milk to give it a long shelf life. They don't add anything. So base your decision with some facts in hand. http://www.templeofthai.com/food/coconut-milk/aroy-d-small

What are your recommendations for thick coconut cream or milk? I feel like as soon as I start to love a brand, it becomes extremely low quality. I used to buy Native Forest coconut milk in the cans and skim off the cream and use that in tea. The... (more)

For those who use Aroy-D carton coconut milk--does it really go bad in 2 days? There is no way I could drink that much in 2 days
