People are going to pick and choose, not follow Cordain, so it's generally helpful. The only part which is woefully wrong is the "meat is bad" slant. Paleo is complimented for avoiding processed foods, then tarred with the bad meat brush. The... (more)

Maybe it "debunks" the mainstream cookie-cutter Paleo with all its Grok-ing. Few here would argue that none can benefit from dairy, or that carbs from "safe-starches" like white rice, sweet potatoes etc.. are not beneficial.
