i'll be honest, i don't regularly consume either, but neither has ever cause me acute trouble. anyway, i'm a lot more concerned about rancid oils and other issues.

I know cavemen did not have the luxury of this sweet and delicious drink. Due to it's zero calorie sweetener I think it would be a good substitute for the Classic Coke I hold dear.

Is chewing sugar free gum ok? Is drinking unsweetened black iced tea ok? Is drinking red/white ok? Is eating plantain chips w/ palm olein as the only ingredient ok?

If you want something tart like Crystal Light, make some hibiscus tea. I also like Celestial Season's Red Zinger. Crystal Light is full of chemicals.
