I go for glee gum instead. There's a xylitol version if you want sugar free.

I suffered from both. Started a website after being wrongly diagnosed and told I was headed for a wheel chair within 3 months. It was all credited to MSG and Aspartame.

I know cavemen did not have the luxury of this sweet and delicious drink. Due to it's zero calorie sweetener I think it would be a good substitute for the Classic Coke I hold dear.

Is chewing sugar free gum ok? Is drinking unsweetened black iced tea ok? Is drinking red/white ok? Is eating plantain chips w/ palm olein as the only ingredient ok?

For gum, you could try Falim gum from Turkey (available on Amazon for about $0.10/piece). It has no sugar or other sweeteners, and light or no flavor.

I would avoid the Crystal Light. Try some HINT Water. There is the ingredient of "natural flavors" which is suspicious, but no sugar, no artificial sweeteners and they are quite tasty. Try different flavors, some do taste like flower water. I... (more)
