And add height, weight & waist or body fat % estimate. I agree with @paleot protein seems quite high unless you;re 6' 3 225 and all muscle?Nix the nuts... on a true AIP nuts are a no_no. I would suggest more wild salmon and WAY less meat.This guy... (more)
