Hostelling might be your best bet in this case. There are hostels in most of the major cities (probably the smaller ones as well, but I never made it to those) and they usually have kitchens with cooking implements and a large # of refridgerators... (more)

Most of the lamb in Australia are grass fed, a significant proportion are grain finished and a very small minority are fed exclusively grains, also my source is dated, by 5 years or so, the comment that new zeland's meat is more likely grass fed... (more)

Hi guys, just wondering if there is demand in Australia for CHRIS KRESSER and ROBB WOLF's Paleologix supplements? They are only shipping within the USA at the moment, but if there's enough demand, we could bring some into Australia for you!

These kinds of supplements seem like bullshit to me and it is unfortunate that Paleo is headed down this path. "Don???t let digestive upset keep you from Paleo success. Making any change to your diet can put a strain on your digestion. Use the... (more)

You can be pretty sure that all dairy cows in Australia are grass fed. SOME, only in times of severe shortage, are fed a tiny amount of crop left overs (like corn, but not the corn itself)and other grain scraps as grass here is abundant and grain... (more)

Almost everyone seems to be in the US - keep reading really good recommendations about suppliers over there. Perhaps I should move! Would love to find others in Australia to find out where you buy food from etc? Anyone?
