Bananas are one of the highest in sugar fruits out there! If you want a fruit smoothie in the AM, you should try using berries... And I would use EITHER milk OR yogurt, not both. The avocado is a great addition though!

I think as long as they aren't brown and gross then they probably aren't too oxidized. Even if they are, fuck it they're delicious. Buttery pears.

Avocado oil is a lot more expensive but I do like that it isn't a mafia owned business and therefore less likely to be contaminated with vegetable oils.

Whole food PUFAs (i.e. avocados) are fine. There's more problems with refined and processed PUFAs (e.g. vegetable oil).

I like them but they are pretty expensive for a fruit. Also they tend to go bad fast unless treated with some lemon juice.
