What's the basis for using avocados in a paleo diet? According to what I can Google up, first mention of eating avocados date to only about 10 to 20 000 years BC. While the plant itself is assumed to be 350 million years old, I can't find any... (more)

So I'm looking to add avocado into my diet. I just eliminated nuts which counted for the majority of my fat calories. How much is too much? I do restrict calories as it is so I am not planning on consuming more than 1 a day. I heard some stories... (more)
