Motilium is an anti-constipation OTC med that increases milk supply for some women. Not sure I saw it mentioned, so I did. I see it on Amazon regularly.

Why risk raw? Risks are real (manageable if you control it from animal to mouth, which however you do not) and benefits are dubious. Also pasteurized milk is simply cooked, why not consume everything raw then?

I'm allergic to coconut and almond. Try hydrated chia seeds or grinding up equal chia and flax, adding a but of hot water to gel.often that combo is used to replace xantham gum.
