Motilium is an anti-constipation OTC med that increases milk supply for some women. Not sure I saw it mentioned, so I did. I see it on Amazon regularly.

Have a look at baby-led weaning, babies feed themselves, no puree/spoon-feeding etc. A chicken drumstick, slices of avocado, half a banana, handfuls of baked sweet potato or minced beef.

If you can drink it safely & are still breastfeeding, you will pass on any needed antibodies to him. Maybe give his immune system a couple more months while YOU drink the milk, before introducing it to him.

Why do you need binders to make portable foods? Cut up the foods that you are eating into "baby" size portions, and give him that to eat. No need to make nuggets or crackers yet.

I just cut up whatever I'm eating into 1 year old size pieces...my boy is very anxious to eat whatever I am. I also don't feed him by himself...we eat together and I think this encourages him.
