Time to see a doctor ASAP. You need a competent diagnoses before you do self-treatment, there are things you do for muscle strain that would not be good for a herniated disk, etc.in addition, pain there MIGHT indicate somethine else entirely,... (more)

Sounds like a gastrointestinal issue. Maybe gastritis or stomach irritation? You be surprised that is can cause all of those symptoms, including the back pain.

Pancreatic pain also radiates through the back, and if your pancreas in inflamed, fat will aggravate it. I know from experience. Any part of the biliary system can cause back pain as well, however.

I have the same problem,and I have found chiropractors/acupuncture to be magical in fixing it. Also try swimming / flutter kicks to strengthen little muscles in your back. Sorry feel better!

Cut the Vitamin D supplements out and get plenty of direct sunshine instead and see what happens. I read somewhere that your body will produce enough Vitamin D with just 15 - 20 minutes of direct sunlight a day. It is summer.
