You have to cut back hard on (or almost eliminate) seed oils. Stick to animal fats, olive oil and take fish or better still krill oil.

As CD mentioned, you're going to have to trust your body. Go ahead and eat what you deem to be plenty of quality meats and vegetables. Over time, you'll begin to better understand what your body needs more of and when it needs it.

I work in a restaurant kitchen with no AC. On hot days it can be over 100 and that is without standing in front of the fryer/melter/stove. I then crave weird foods and pour so much salt on my food that you'd think I was insane.
