I understand that alcohol isn't exactly paleo, but there are times when we are going to go drinking at a bar. I have been drinking tequila, soda, and lime so the drink itself isn't horribly un-paleo. What paleo foods do you find that work well... (more)

I might go for the potato skins for one thing, and possibly chicken wings. Or just get a burger and skip the bun part. Blame that on a gluten allergy. Stay clear of the fries- a couple leads to wolfing down more and no-one knows what type of oil... (more)

Epic Bars are amazing--kind of like a jerky/pemmican bar; our local health food store sells them but you may also find them online... Not sure if all flavors are 100% paleo but they are the closest thing I have found so far...
