I second the suggestion for more fat such as coconut or MCT oil. Also, taking a probiotic pill in addition to some fermented foods (which are not daily for me) really seems to help.

I weigh myself on bathroom scales that have a body fat percent function, I have to enter my age, at 33 I am at 18% body fat, if I change my age to 67 it says I am 15% body fat. Obviously these scales are a hoax and are doing nothing more than... (more)
