I would add redlight or incandescent lights. When you get UV from the sun to get vitamin D, the red light component of the sun protects you from the damaging aspect of UV to some degree. The color temperature of 7500K suggests it has less red than... (more)

If you're in a cold climate, why do you NEED to tan? Speaking as a pale-skinned person... I understand the wish to have a nicer skin tone, but artificial methods don't seem worth it.

I heard you can't "catch up on sleep". Is that true? I know I should probably go to bed when it gets dark or at latest 10:00-10:30, but often times I find myself getting many things done past that hour, because it is quiet and peaceful, and I'm... (more)
