What Ray said, eating carbs at night is probably the best time to eat them. Eating protein at night on the other hand can mess with your sleep, as protein takes quite a bit of effort to break down and our guts want to slow down while we... (more)

I find that watching the Carl Sagan "Cosmos" series puts me to sleep nicely. Plus, I wake up all knowledgeable on quasars.
