I like to sear my beef liver kind of like searing tuna, completely raw in the middle with just the outside cooked. I really can't tell the difference in flavor each time I eat it but then again I eat it about once a month. I'm thinking you might... (more)

I would imagine that if it tastes good to you, eat it. And if it doesn't taste good to you, don't. I notice that for myself, my taste for beef liver does a good job of regulating how much I eat. It's a good source of vitamin A, B-12 and other... (more)

You get a alot of copper from liver especially if you like eating liver like me. So take care of your zinc too, its often much harder to find good sources. As not everyone has access to some nice oysters (i dont).
