So, recently I went Paleo after six years of being vegetarian. I made a roasted duck recently (It was like eating Heaven) and I boiled down the bones and excess skin into a lovely looking broth... For New Years I want to do a nine hour roast like my grandmother used to...but she always used bouillon (gross). What does everyone think of me using this duck broth instead of water and bouillon for the beef...? Yay or Nay? Suggestions?
