I would suggest photos of your body as well. And blood work if you want to spend the money. I started to 'adjust' my diet late summer 2012....took no photos & did no blood work, now I regret it. :(

i agree with the others. you don't have enough fat to lose. i think you look fine just the way you are. i'm not really sure what the 21 day sugar detox entails. do most people lose weight on it?

Before going Paleo I used to weigh more, hurt more, have worse skin, have a mild thyroid problem, get hangry (hungry/angry) if I didn't carry a snack with me, and knew A LOT LESS about food and actual nutrition! (more)

If you want to eat before hand (not a necessity) then I suggest a banana. Lots of good nutrients, higher in glucose than fructose, and some carbs. For post workout eat whatever you like. Protein is important, and with 6/week you may want to put... (more)
