Just say no. Seriously gradually switch to paleo. If you do it over the course of 2-3 weeks you will have no issue adjusting. If you do not, you're much more likely to suffer serious digestive upset. Ketogenic is not a necessity either. I'd advise... (more)

You should eat when you are hungry. Paleo isn't a low carb diet, although a lot of people use it to eat low carb. Don't eat when you aren't hungry. Pretty simple!
