What really helps me is eating a larger protein packed breakfast. It gives me a great start for the day. I also eat every couple hours. This really helps me keep cravings down. Best wishes.

I agree with what mike said, on top of his recommendations to basically carb back load and resistance train I'd also recommend some HIIT, together those 3 things work really well for me.

Exercising four nights a week seems a bit much. It could be raising cortisol levels which help you accumulate fat around your abdomen. Why not try to cut it down to two days of strength training with some long walks peppered in throughout the week? (more)

15lbs is an awful lot to lose on someone with a bmi of 19. There is no reason to restrict your starches, either. Paleo is not about low carb. You likely lost a good amount of muscle mass in that 15lbs or you had low muscle mass to begin.... (more)

Upon switching to Paleo eating I felt the same as you describe and I had to up my protein and fat intake this helped with that constant tired feeling and gave me energy for my Crossfit workouts.
